Contractor Pages provides a research directory. It does not select, recommend, supervise or warrant listed companies.

Verify before relying

Source information, registration status, grades, tendering limits and company details can change. Check current official records and obtain professional advice where a decision is material. A listing is not evidence of availability, price, performance, workmanship, solvency or suitability.

Independent service

Contractor Pages is operated by PFE Technologies. A company's appearance in the directory does not by itself create or indicate any affiliation, agency, partnership, representation or endorsement between Contractor Pages and that company. Contractor Pages is not affiliated with or endorsed by BCA, data.gov.sg or the Singapore Government. Government-sourced information is used under the Singapore Open Data Licence.

Listed companies and your dealings

Listed companies provide their products and services under their own responsibility and terms. Contractor Pages does not negotiate, enter into or perform contracts on their behalf. Any enquiry, quotation, appointment, payment, work, warranty, complaint or dispute is between you and the company concerned. You are responsible for carrying out your own checks and deciding whether to engage a company.

Acceptable use

You may use the search service for legitimate research. Do not disrupt the service, evade access controls, misrepresent directory content, conduct abusive automated extraction or use listed details for unlawful or unsolicited communications.

Corrections

A company may claim its profile through the published process. BCA-data corrections must ultimately be made with BCA. Industry listings may be corrected against their named source. We never present non-BCA information as an official registration.

Liability

The service and directory information are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFE Technologies is not liable for loss arising from reliance on directory information or from a listed company's acts, omissions, products, services, quotations, contracts, payments, workmanship or disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
