Where the directory data comes from

Core company and registration facts are derived from the Building and Construction Authority's Listing of Registered Contractors, published through data.gov.sg.

What we import

The source contains the legal company name, UEN, BCA workhead, CRS grade, registration expiry, business address and a listed telephone number. One company can have several rows because it may hold several registrations.

How refreshes are protected

Each import preserves the raw source row and first/last-seen history. We record a checksum for every source page and the completed run. A partial download never deactivates existing records: reconciliation happens only after the number of unique fetched records matches the total reported by the source.

Source and profile information

BCA-derived facts are labelled as source information. A claimed company may separately add an approved description, website and contact preferences. Claimant-supplied fields are not presented as BCA data.

Licence attribution

Government data is used under the Singapore Open Data Licence. The source is BCA via data.gov.sg. The access date for each live record set is the successful refresh date shown above.

Important limitations

A registration listing is not an endorsement, performance assessment, warranty or statement that a company is right for a specific job. Data can change between imports. Confirm material decisions against BCA's current records and any other licence or regulatory requirement that applies.
