Contractor Pages is operated by PFE Technologies in Singapore. We collect as little personal information as we can.

Public directory data

Company information comes from the public BCA dataset, named industry sources and approved company profiles. These are business records, not customer or lead data. Claimed-profile details will be published only after verification and approval.

Site operations, analytics and cookies

Our hosting systems may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser details, requested page, timestamps and security events. These are used to operate, secure and diagnose the service.

We use Google Analytics 4 on public directory pages to understand aggregate visits, navigation and engagement. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location and a pseudonymous client identifier.

Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. We do not intentionally send claim, correction or submission paths, form contents, names, email addresses or other direct identifiers to Analytics. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google processes Analytics data as our service provider; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Claims and enquiries

Claims and enquiries aren't open yet. When they launch, this policy will be updated before collection begins to explain the exact purposes, recipients and retention period.
